We led acquisition of the building, designed the kitchen, updated the suites, managed interior design, managed historic restoration, designed the menu, developed the brand, built the website, managed social media, hired the key team, and oversaw management for the first 2 years.
Mirabelle is a combination café and Airbnb in a 100 year old building. It houses a small, yet mightily delicious cafe serving liége waffles, craft coffee, and a chocolate library with 100 curated chocolate bars from all over the world. Upstairs is 4 uniquely designed short term rentals that operate in the top 1% of the market for revenue and occupancy. The café averages $750k in sales annually in just under 1700 square feet.
