We lead acquisition of all properties, defined the tax strategy, managed all renovations, handled all the interior design, developed the brand, managed permitting, handled licensing, were the liaison with the city, managed the operations, managed the communication, and lead the hand-off to the operations post development.
We helped a group of investors to develop a 38 unit Airbnb portfolio across Savannah, GA and Chicago, IL. We designed a brand with a mission to acquire properties that we could consistently provision and offer a quality experience that was uniform in comfort no matter which one of our properties you picked. Every space was unique and special, but they all held our brand standard including using clean and healthy products, no scents, organic linens, and fair-trade furnishings.
We managed the portfolio for the first 2 years and during that time our portfolio operated at a 98% occupancy with an ADR $30 above the market average. We operated the highest grossing property in our market and the top 5 single units in our market with a near perfect customer score.
