We bought this home as an old beat-up duplex and converted it into a 5 bedroom, 3 bedroom house in the heart of Ardsley Park in Savanah, GA.
Bought for $800,000 and sold for $1,195,000 post 18-month renovation.
We managed and carried out the entire design and renovation including putting in a total of 9 beams to update the floor plan while saving all the original detailing we could.
