We managed the acquisition of the building, restoration of the kitchen, remodel of the interior, the design of the brand, the menu concept, building the website, and running social media.
A restaurant marrying the flavors of Southern Asia with the American South. It's namesake coming from the classic Taiwanese version of the legend of Chang'e, who drank the elixir of immortality and floated to the moon leaving her true love behind who cooks a meal for her every day and sets it out in anticipation of her return.
